I've had revision surgery now, but my first nose surgery was done here. I got so many wounds inside my nose, and it even led to contracture I'm not sure if I was just a bad case, but after the rhinoplasty the silicone was too visible and even when I smiled the tip of my nose looked very unnatural.. The side-profile line seems to be something they do well.
