I think the director seems professional. After looking at the line I wanted and my image, they told me clearly when something wasn’t right. I felt like they would keep setting the line until I was satisfied. They talked about what would be good to do, and also respected my opinion. I did feel like the consultation manager pushed the reservation deposit a bit. Also, I think the wait time is a bit long.
