I think the director seems professional. After looking at the line I wanted and my image, they told me clearly when something would not work. I felt like they would keep adjusting the line until I was satisfied. When they talked about what might be good to do, they also respected my opinion. I did feel there was some pressure from the consultation manager to pay a reservation deposit. Also, I think the waiting time is a bit long.
