It's my first time getting my nose done, and I had a consultation because of a hump. I consulted with the head director, but they didn't take a CT scan or even touch my nose; they consulted just by looking from the outside and explained it. The consultation was really detailed, with drawings, and they explained well. The consultation time was long, and they explained calmly and well. They said that after shaving down the hump, they would raise the nasal tip without an implant, using septal cartilage, or ear cartilage if there wasn't enough. They said donor rib cartilage might also be used depending on the need. The explanation was professional, kind, and really good, but they didn't show any before-and-after photos, and I found it a little strange that they explained just by looking at my nose with their eyes. And as for the consultant, maybe she hadn't been working there long... She kept saying that if I booked today, they would do the surgery in the 3 million won range, that they were making it really incredibly cheap for me, and that their director is really good, and she pushed hard, saying I should pay the deposit today, set a date, and leave, and that if I changed my mind, I just needed to tell them up to a week before and they would refund 100%. That was a bit uncomfortable.
