When I asked if I couldn't just do the nasal tip, she said absolutely not, that the nasal tip and nasal bridge had to be done together and osteotomy would also be needed. I wanted to consult with the director, so it was disappointing that I only saw the consultant. They said if I chose the chief director, the surgery fee would be about 200,000 won extra.
