I had nose surgery a long time ago when I was young and didn't know anything, and it was done so simply that I didn't even know whether I'd had surgery, which stressed me out so much. So I had a revision surgery to just get rid of that slightly blunt look from the front. The doctor wasn't particularly friendly, but that seemed to just be their personality, and I thought their skill was good, so personally that was fine. It wasn't the kind of nose that looks flashy and obvious; it was more of a natural style, which actually suited my taste better. If you want a flashy style, keep that in mind.
