I had nose surgery a long time ago, when I was young and knew nothing, but it was done so simply that I barely even knew I had it. That stress built up so much that I had revision surgery to just remove the slightly blunt look from the front. The doctor wasn't exactly the very friendly type, but that seemed to be their personality, and I felt their skill was good, so personally that was fine with me. It wasn't a flashy, highly noticeable nose style, but a natural style instead, and that actually matched my taste, which I liked. If you want a more glamorous style, keep that in mind.
