The director was kind. I think I was recommended silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage. Or was it only septal cartilage that they were going to use? I thought they would do it in a natural-looking way after seeing the review photos here, but the silicone height was slightly higher than the height recommended at another plastic surgery clinic. It seems like they do a naturally defined look.
