Before/after <3 months> I had surgery with dorsal hump osteotomy, a custom implant, and ear cartilage for the nasal tip. People around me also had surgery without implants, but I think my surgery was done in a way that suits me well!! Because my midface is long, I was told that if my nose became too long, my face would look too long, so I trusted them and went ahead. Right now, I’m satisfied because I think it turned out neither too dramatic nor too natural, but just right!!
