The director was kind. I think I was recommended silicone + septal cartilage + ear cartilage. Was it silicone plus septum? After looking at the review photos here, I thought they would make it look natural, but it was slightly higher than the silicone height recommended at another plastic surgery clinic. It seems they make it a bit glam.
