3 months after nose surgery

I live in the provinces, so Seoul was too far. I didn’t really go around to consultations; someone I know had good results there, so I went straight in, paid the deposit, and had surgery. I had my hump shaved down, used 6 mm silicone and septal cartilage. At 2 weeks post-op, I got inflammation because of smoking, but I treated it right away. Now it’s been 3 months, and I don’t know if it’s because the nasal bridge is too high, or because only septal cartilage was used for the nasal tip, or if the tip has dropped a lot. It just became an Avatar nose Nobody can tell I had nose surgery; they just think I had too much filler injected... I went back to the same hospital for a revision consultation and am waiting until the 6-month mark, but I’m thinking of waiting and then just going to Seoul for revision surgery.
