I had it done at the same place my older sister went to, and I really hope the shape comes out pretty Originally, I was going to have the hump shaved down, lateral osteotomy, correction of a deviated septum, and the nasal tip raised with septal cartilage + ear cartilage, but somehow I was so scared of the side effects of osteotomy that in the end I only had nasal tip surgery with septal cartilage + ear cartilage. The hump wasn’t that severe either, and the doctor said I didn’t necessarily need osteotomy, so I did it that way... I really hope it turned out well
