It's been a year since the surgery and I'm satisfied. The shape came out pretty, and since my nose was bent and difficult, they did a good job making it look less crooked. Usually when you raise the bridge, asymmetry becomes more noticeable, but when they opened it up, it was even worse, so they said they separated the nasal floor entirely and moved it. Maybe that's why it looks straighter now than before surgery. The part I'm happiest with is the natural shape. People don't know I had it done. They were also very thorough with aftercare. The only thing is, when I'm tired, my nose feels swollen and tight. The surgery seems to have gone well, but I guess that's the limit of surgery with an implant.
