So I think I had given up to some extent and just lived with it, but by chance I saw reviews about revision surgery with custom implants and things like that This time, I went in with no expectations, thinking maybe it could become a bit more refined and high-bridged than my current situation That’s probably how I went for the consultation
They said they would replace the existing silicone with a custom implant and use donated costal cartilage to firmly raise the nasal tip, and since I had already let go of expectations, I just told them to go ahead and had the surgery Oh, when I had the CT scan, I saw I also had rhinitis, and since reimbursement would come out anyway, I also had functional nasal surgery at the same time
I really had no expectations when I got the splint removed, but the high nose I had imagined was exactly there I don’t know if it’s because it was done with a custom implant, or if I was just lucky and chose the hospital well, but I felt really good
Actually, when I had rhinitis, I didn’t realize that my nose was blocked, but compared with back then, breathing has become very comfortable, and the nose shape also seems to have come out well, without the pressed-down feeling I disliked Maybe because my expectations were low, I feel really good
