When I asked about a consultation reservation for concerns related to the nasal ala, they said that for alar base reduction, many people come for an in-person consultation and then just leave, so they recommended uploading photos online first before the consultation, getting the doctor's reply, and then making a reservation. They said my nose was not suitable for alar base reduction, so I booked a consultation for nose surgery.
