I decided to have surgery because I had not only a hump nose, but also a bulbous nose, long nose, and severe arrow-shaped nose. After removing the hump on the nasal bridge, I had surgery without an implant, and the nasal tip was raised slightly with septal cartilage. First of all, after having rhinitis surgery, I can breathe so well, and I wanted a nose that suited my face, so I liked that the director designed it exactly to fit my face. Before, even if I smiled just a little, my nasal tip drooped badly, but after surgery, there is no drooping even when I smile broadly! It felt so amazing, and since it had been such a severe complex for me, I was truly moved And because the hump was shaved down and the nasal tip was lifted slightly, people around me have told me a lot that my facial impression has changed! They say my midface looks shorter and my impression has softened, so I look better, and many people compliment me that it turned out very naturally I didn’t want it to look too obviously done, and I’m satisfied because it seems to have turned out naturally and prettily, exactly as I wanted~ Originally, I hated even having someone look at my face from the side, and when taking photos I would only take them mostly from the front or would always edit my nose with retouching. Now I take photos mostly from the side and don’t edit my nose at all haha!! I had a lot of worries about surgery too, but it didn’t hurt much, and maybe because the director took such thorough care of me after surgery, I don’t have any uncomfortable areas at all! The bruising and major swelling have gone down, but I think there is still a little residual swelling, so I’m going to keep watching it a bit longer~ I’m completely satisfied!
