The second place I visited for consultations. First, there was waiting when I went in, waiting after sitting down, just waiting after waiting. The manager was neither particularly kind nor unkind, just so-so. It was my first surgery, but they recommended autologous costal cartilage, so I was conflicted. Compared with other places, I felt like I might end up with a factory-style nose, so I canceled this place. Also, it was the only place where the deposit couldn’t be canceled.
