Hehehe hello, it has been 11 months since my revision rhinoplasty, so I came to share my story~! During my first surgery, my bulbous nose correction was not done properly, so I decided to have revision surgery. I had my revision rhinoplasty at AㅇB Plastic Surgery! Since it was a revision surgery, I had all sorts of thoughts even up until the day of surgery, but in the end, I think I made the right decision!
The bulbous nose that had bothered me before surgery was corrected well, and more than anything, my nasal tip became higher too, so I feel just satisfied with it. For the revision surgery, autologous costal cartilage was used, and I think it gave strong support.
When I first think back to after the surgery, the swelling was pretty full. The pain was not as bad as I had expected, and I think I managed the swelling by taking light walks. After about a month, the major swelling settled, and as time passed, the minor swelling also went down quickly.
Because people around me knew I had been worried about revision surgery, I received a lot of messages asking whether the surgery went well. Personally, I am very satisfied, but my friends around me also saw my nose in person and told me it all turned out well, so I felt really good. Even these days, when we meet, they tell me my nose shape is so pretty haha. Now that about 11 months have passed, nothing feels awkward, and I feel satisfied every time I look in the mirror~
Whether it is your first nose surgery or a revision surgery, please be careful when choosing a hospital!! I think satisfaction is higher when you meet a good hospital and director~!
