Before-before after-after bulbous nose.. bulbous nose.. bulbous nose.. It was really my huge complex, so I got surgery. There’s still swelling, but it does look a bit slimmer, right? But does everyone manage after surgery really diligently? I went back to work right after taking off the splint. There was a lot of overtime around then too, and I was so tired that I didn’t take proper care of it, so in the beginning my swelling went down slowly.. Then I came to my senses and did warm/cold compresses properly and walked around a lot, and from then on I could visibly see it going down.. I really think swelling absolutely needs careful management!!!! At first after surgery, the nasal tip felt hard, but now I think it has softened a lot, and I think my nose surgery went well
