They spoke honestly. They said the surgical effect would be minimal. But they said the nose is harder than the cheekbones. After hearing that, I gained courage and got cheekbone surgery at another hospital. Since it is a quick procedure, I do not think the effect would be big, but for people it suits well, it seems like a safe and less burdensome way to become prettier.
