When Dr. Jeong explained things, she was the kind of person who breaks down the surgical method, possible problems, and improvements in an easy-to-understand way, and she wasn’t pushy at all, so I felt completely comfortable. And when I asked about things I was curious about, I got immediate feedback, so it was a consultation with really good communication.
