The staff at the front desk responded kindly, so from the wait to the consultation everything went smoothly and comfortably. During the consultation they only mentioned the necessary parts, which made it feel like the problems were properly addressed. After checking the current condition of my nose and seeing similar cases, it was a consultation where I could picture what would happen if I had surgery.
