This is my last daily review. I’m letting you know that implant removal surgery is not as scary as you might think.. (and that it’s also a surgery where you may gain a little ugliness)
-Day 4
1. I don’t have bruising, but the butterfly zone is swollen 2. The swelling is big for about 3 days, but now it’s not noticeable (my family doesn’t know for now) 3. There isn’t a big change from the side profile, but the front view changed a lot 4. The stress from the implant showing through is gone 5. But the reviews saying it feels like only the nasal bridge was erased with an eraser really hit home.. (a sad situation I can’t laugh about) What I can be thankful for is that it’s better than my original nose!! 6. “It looks shaved down?” “It looks square?” I understand those comments too, because maybe the area where the silicone used to be was compressed; if I look closely under lighting, I can see marks. When I touch it, it doesn’t feel square or flat at all.. Out of greed, I just hope that area fills in with tissue.. 6. In conclusion, my current nose is a third version of my nose. 7. Regarding the part people are curious about, whether the pinched nose improved: it did improve. Once the tied part was released, my nose became fuller. I like it.
8. I think I’ll need time to adjust. I gained things better than beauty, so it’s okay....
