Before-before-after-afterIt’s been 3 months since I had full-body liposuction, but I was so busy, and I thought it would be better to post a review when there was a truly clear, visible change, so I held back and finally posted my first review today!!! When choosing a clinic, experience and skill are obviously important, and I also carefully checked whether they were kind before deciding. For the areas, I had liposuction on my flanks + love handles + abdomen + thighs, which don’t really slim down even with exercise! From my point of view, I think the results are pretty good, but how does it look to everyone here?? I debated a lot about whether to do it all at once or split it up, but the director said they would remove about 7000 cc of fat, and the pure fat amount after removing fluid would be about 6000 cc, so I thought, “That should be okay?” and did it all at once. Conclusion! I think I was right to do it all at once lol. I dieted seriously insanely hard and even lost up to 10 kg, but my thighs and belly fat really showed no signs of going away, so after worrying about it, I just went ahead with surgery lol. When I woke up after surgery, the anesthesia was still in my system, so I didn’t realize it hurt, but after I got home, from around evening, as I moved little by little, my whole body hurt like I had been beaten up.. It was okay when I stayed still, but sitting down and getting up had a few rough moments, and the most uncomfortable thing was the bathroom.. lol It was so hard to finish and come outㅠㅠ If you’re going to get liposuction, I hope you take a few days of annual leave or monthly leave just as you are..! So far, my total body weight has gone down by 4 kg, and my waist measurement is currently 19-20 inches, but I’m still not satisfied, so I’m continuing to exercise! They say people whose fat comes off well can keep losing even into the 4th-5th month after surgery, and maybe I’m like that too? I was worried because I couldn’t exercise for a few days due to not feeling well, but my weight kept dropping. Before surgery, I mainly did cardio to burn fat, but now I’m doing both cardio and strength training, and as expected, cardio really is effective for burning fat.. I can visibly see my clothes fit differently day by day! I’m doing well without any major problems, but I’m a little worried about the scars on my thighs. The abdomen scars are almost gone, but for now it hasn’t been that long yet, so I’m going to watch them a bit longer. With this liposuction as a turning point, I’m thinking of building a healthy, sexy body line. Personally, I’m really, really satisfied!
