First of all, since I haven't actually had surgery there or anything, I don't really know what expectations should be, but the consultation was truly thorough and lasted a long time. It was a revision surgery consultation, and even though they didn't charge a consultation fee, they examined me in such detail, even using an endoscope, that I felt like I should pay them something. After having nose surgery several times, what I've felt is that the most basic condition when choosing a hospital is whether the doctor is listening carefully and properly understanding what the patient is saying. The actual surgical skill or results can be another matter, but at least you can tell whether they are correctly grasping the patient's needs by whether they listen properly and sincerely. The consultation managers were also kind, so I really liked that.
