First of all, I have not actually had surgery here, so I am not sure what the expectations should be, but the consultation was really thorough and took a long time. It was a revision consultation, and even though they did not charge a consultation fee, they examined me so carefully that I felt like I should pay something. From having had nose surgery several times, what I have learned is that the most basic condition when choosing a clinic is whether the doctor listens carefully and properly understands the patient. The actual surgical skill and results may be different, but at least by sincerely listening, you can tell whether they are correctly understanding the patient's needs. The consultation managers were also kind, which I really appreciated.
