I don’t know about the other staff, but the consultant who counseled me was very kind. She didn’t pressure me and explained things well with just the right amount of proactiveness. The director was also kind, and I liked that he told me things I didn’t need were unnecessary. He seemed to pursue a natural look. But maybe because my skin is thick, when he mapped out the line, the line didn’t look that great… That’s my issue, though… At other clinics, even when they roughly mapped out the line, it looked pretty, so hmm… I’m not sure. My expectations for the surgery feel unclear? They keep going back and forth.
