I do not know about the other staff, but the director who consulted with me was extremely kind. They did not pressure me and explained things well with just the right amount of initiative. The doctor was kind too, and I liked that they said unnecessary things were unnecessary. It seemed like they were pursuing a natural look. But maybe because my skin is thick, when they drew the line, the line did not look very good... That is my own issue, though... In other hospitals, even a rough line looked pretty on me, so hmm... I do not know. My expectations for the surgery feel vague? Up and down.
