I got it cheaply with the first-time event price. It felt like a factory, and even though I made a reservation, the waiting time was long. The consultant did not push procedures too aggressively. Because it felt like a factory, I did not have a long conversation with the doctor, but when I seemed to be in pain, they adjusted the intensity and gave simple instructions after the procedure. I also got an IV added, and the nurse gave the injection without making it hurt at all and was extremely kind.
I only tried Excel V once, so I could not feel a big effect on scars. I did clearly feel that my skin elasticity improved.
