The director’s consultation style is objective. They absolutely don’t recommend surgeries that aren’t necessary. I liked that they pointed out only the parts that were truly needed without overtreatment, and maybe because they have long experience with eye surgery, I could kind of feel from the tone of the consultation that they were confident in the surgical results..? The desk response was also fine. Maybe because I went on the weekend, there were quite a lot of people at the hospital and I had to wait, but other than that, it was an overall satisfying consultation.
