The director’s consultation style was objective. They absolutely don’t recommend surgeries that don’t really need to be done. I liked that they pointed out only exactly what was necessary without overtreatment, and maybe because they have long experience with eye surgery, I could kind of feel from the tone of the consultation that they were confident in the surgical results..? The front desk response was also fine. Except for having to wait because there were quite a lot of people at the clinic, maybe because I went on the weekend, overall it was a satisfactory consultation.
