I had the nose tip cartilage tying procedure and alar reduction. The nose tip cartilage tying seems to have loosened in almost a month.. The alar reduction turned out naturally and nicely. Since it was under local anesthesia, they showed me my nose in the middle of surgery, so they can perform it according to your needs! I recommend it if you want a natural alar reduction.
