I liked that whether it was the doctor or the manager, they clearly said what was not possible was impossible. They said that if I raise the tip of the nose and shave down the hump, there will be a slight contour, so if I put down a thin layer of silicone it can be made smooth, and if I do not like silicone then I can decide myself and do it without an implant! They showed me photos of the no-implant option, and it seemed to turn out naturally in a pretty good way.
