10 years ago, after getting rhinoplasty at Wonㅇ, I wasn’t happy with the shape, but for some reason I was scared of revision surgery, so I spent 10 years thinking about it and finally went for a revision rhinoplasty consultation! ㅠㅠ I went to Kowon. I’d heard a lot about Kowon because it’s famous, but as soon as I walked in, I was surprised because there were so many clients, even though it was 2 p.m. on a weekday. It’s a private specialist clinic where the director personally takes responsibility for the surgeries, but somehow there seemed to be even more clients than at large hospitals that do tons of advertising..!! The number of clients who had come through word of mouth after seeing the actual surgical results of real patients was incredible. I finally had my consultation with the director, and after looking at my nose, he immediately and accurately identified the parts that I myself had always felt were somehow off, even though I couldn’t clearly pinpoint what the problem was when I looked at it normally ㅋㅋㅋ It honestly felt so relieving, and I felt like he had a very refined aesthetic sense. It was almost amazing how accurately he understood and expressed what I wanted (even the things I didn’t know how to put into words)! My concern was that my nose was ambiguously short in length, so my nostrils showed a lot from the front, and in photos my nose looked like it was pinched. After looking at it, the director immediately pointed out each issue one by one (but in the sweetest tone ever) ㅋㅋ He also showed me what it would look like after surgery using Photoshop, and when I saw the edited image and emphasized the natural-looking nose I wanted, he carefully wrote it down in his notes! The consultation didn’t feel rushed at all, and I could really feel how meticulous he was in accurately understanding what I wanted, so I was very satisfied. It was also really, really nice that we could look at the Photoshop image together and talk clearly with each other so that we could make sure we were on the same page. While I was waiting, I noticed they also show all the operating room CCTV footage, so it seemed very transparent!
