I had a long consultation with the counseling manager. The manager was kind. The consultation with the director was about 10 minutes? Around that? For my eyes, I liked the line they designed for me. The disappointing part was about my nose; I wish they had explained in more detail how surgery would need to be done for a nose like mine and the surgical principle behind it. There was some pressure to pay a deposit.
