I had a long consultation with the consultation manager. The manager was kind. The doctor’s consultation took about 10 minutes? I liked the line they marked for my eyes. What I found a bit disappointing was that for my nose, I wish they had explained in more detail how surgery would need to be done in my case and the principles behind it. There was some pressure to pay a deposit.
