Hmm... my concern was a bulbous nose, and I had surgery at another clinic at first, but it ended up too high and awkward.. Then complications arose, so I came to this clinic wanting it removed, And because I didn't want implants put back in, being told that cartilage repositioning at the nasal tip was possible without an implant was a big reason I came here. But as for the nose shape... I'm not 100% satisfied. At first I was very satisfied, and for a case without an implant, it was definitely an improvement in my bulbous nose. Still, it looks a little pinched... and the tip of my nose has drooped a bit, so it looks like Dooly ㅠㅠ And my nose still looks a bit big... But my original nose may have been a difficult nose to begin with... Anyway, I am planning a third nose surgery ㅜㅜ I still haven't decided on a clinic...
