Eye Surgery Considerations

Review

The hospital is huge. It kind of feels like a factory, but there are many directors, so I just accepted that. The lobby staff were fairly kind. The consultation manager did not feel friendly, was stiff, and was not very kind either. It felt a bit unprofessional. When I got home, I realized I had not gotten any information about aftercare. Of course, I was so overwhelmed that I did not ask, but since there is a consultation manager, should they not explain things like aftercare, anesthesia methods, stitches, and so on on their own? It felt like they were only there to control the price... lol. What was decisive was that they had a kind of arms-crossed pose and gave off an arrogant feeling lol. It was funny haha. Still, the director is what matters more, so I put up with it. Also, during the consultation with the manager, they kept tracing the line very hard with something like a toothpick...? a skewer...? and it hurt... T_T My eyelid skin is already thin, so why were they tracing so hard with such a sharp part T_T The wait is long. Even though they assigned the consultation room quickly, I waited 20 minutes in the lobby and 40 minutes in the consultation room. The director was good. They only said what was necessary and explained the reasons why..! In fact, I had no questions to ask, so it ended quickly. If you have many questions, I think they would consult well, and I liked that they did not wear surgical clothes during the consultation. Overall, the directors seem fairly good!
