As someone who lives in the provinces, it felt burdensome to go all the way to Seoul, so I looked into nearby Busan, and I heard at another cafe that this hospital is famous for breast surgery. I made an appointment and had a consultation. They explained the side effects first, and then asked me what I wanted to do. I said full C to D, but they said that because everyone has a different ribcage size, the size a person imagines and the size a doctor creates through surgery will be different. They spent about an hour talking about side effects, and personally I did not have that many questions, so the consultation with the director probably took about 1 hour and 30 minutes. I talked with the manager for about 30 more minutes, and she explained things in detail while showing photos and such of the exact shape I wanted. They only do two surgeries a day, and the aftercare is well organized (radiofrequency for 5 weeks), so I decided to go ahead with the surgery. I'm going next week for surgery, so I'll leave another review~
