It's been 4 years ~ I still have the same shape, and the surgery on my bulbous nose turned out really well. For a bulbous nose, this is definitely the place to go. Other places felt like they were saying, "add this, add that," but here they picked out only what needed to be done and did it naturally, so nobody knew I had surgery and I became prettier.
