It's been 2 years since I had nose surgery with donor dermis, and I'm so satisfied living with a nose that looks really natural and doesn't look like it was operated on! I used Alloderm, so my hump has come back up a bit, but this was already explained to me during the pre-op consultation. If anything, because of that part it feels like I didn't have surgery and looks more natural, so I like it even more.
