Normally, even if you only have a consultation and don't get surgery, there is a fee. But because of that, they were very specific during the consultation. My nose has a hump and severe asymmetry, so they said it would be natural only if they shaved down the bone along the asymmetric contour. At the hospitals I had been to before, they just said it could be done, but here I got a much stronger feeling that they were consulting based on the shape of my individual face.
