Basically, there is a fee even if you only do the consultation and do not have surgery. But because of that, they gave very specific explanations during the consultation. My nose has a prominent hump and severe asymmetry, so they said that for it to look natural, the bone would need to be shaved down following the asymmetric contour. In the hospitals I had visited before, they just said it could be done, but here I really felt that they were consulting in a way that matched each person's individual facial structure.
