I looked for an otolaryngology specialist with function as the priority. The wait time was not that long, and the kindness of the staff and managers was just average. They do not take especially good care of you on their own, but if you ask questions, they answer well without seeming annoyed. It seems best to prepare a lot of information and questions in advance. The director was professional and kind, similar to how they seem on YouTube. The consultation time was not long.
