Absolutely the worst of the worst. First of all, it is a factory-style clinic through and through. 1. I went after seeing an ad on Barbibotok, and they acted like they normally take the post down but would make an exception. 2. They aggressively pushed the deposit onto me. "If you do not leave a deposit today, there is absolutely no way we can offer this price." 3. No past hospital experience listed for the doctor, and I do not even know whether they are a board-certified plastic surgeon. The consultation was careless (cut short in 3 minutes, so I felt the surgery would not match the design I wanted, and since it was cut short I ended up placing a deposit without thinking, then canceled). 4. When I tried to get the deposit back, someone who was not even my assigned manager answered the phone and kept interrogating me. They obsessed over what I did not like, which other hospital I was going to, and even asked for the name of the other place I had booked surgery at. 5. The way they clearly showed annoyance when returning the deposit was legendary. 6. They did not refund it right away; they dragged it out. The hospital told me to call the manager, so I did, and the manager told me a bit rudely that I had called the number printed on the business card, which was her own mobile number. Then why print your number there at all..?
Do not be tempted by the cheap price. I hope at least one person avoids this hospital.
