I went to an ENT specialist with function as the priority. The waiting time was not very long, and the staff and manager were just average in friendliness. They do not really take care of you proactively, but if you ask something, they answer well without showing annoyance. It would be better to go with a lot of information and questions prepared in advance. The director was professional and kind, similar to the YouTube videos. The consultation time was not very long.
