I’m not really sure whether the staff were kind, but after taking a CT scan, the director explained everything in detail, from functional issues to cosmetic aspects. Since he specializes in ENT, he even recommended septal correction because of a subtle nasal deviation that I hadn’t known about. I did wait a long time for the consultation.
