No CT scan. They analyzed everything carefully with drawings, designed each part one by one, and explained it. I hadn’t even mentioned my concerns about my nose, but as soon as the doctor opened the door and came in, they accurately pointed out and explained exactly which parts of my nose I was concerned about. They seemed cheerful and comfortable. They seem good at individualized custom design, but I found it odd that they recommended costal cartilage from the first surgery. They sufficiently explained that if only septal cartilage and ear cartilage are used, it could sag, so I understood, but I personally don’t want to use rib cartilage, so I passed.
