No CT scan. They carefully analyzed everything with drawings and designed each part one by one while explaining it. I had not even mentioned my nose concerns, but the moment I walked in, they immediately figured out exactly what part of my nose was bothering me and talked about it. They seemed cheerful and comfortable. They do individual custom designs well, but I was surprised that they recommended autologous costal cartilage from the first surgery. They explained enough about how using only septal cartilage and ear cartilage could cause the bridge to sink later, so I understood, but I did not want to use rib cartilage myself, so I passed.
