I went to consult with Director Oh Min for bulbous nose surgery. The consultation with the director was longer than I expected, and the manager sister was friendly like a neighborhood older sister. No matter how sharp the question, she never lost her smile and stayed kind until the end, which I liked. I was also satisfied with how the doctor kept trying to tell me even one more thing until the very end. My ideal after surgery was similar to what I wanted, and that matched well, so I was even more drawn in. I liked how they understood my needs exactly, how they took my questions in a friendly and comfortable way and answered clearly. They seemed like the kind of person who would not ignore you after surgery. They helped me break my bad impression of large hospitals. I was also satisfied with the cost.
